Instagram is a visual platform for authors who want to showcase their books and connect with readers through photos and videos. I am a photographer and artist as well as a budding author, so this medium really appeals to me. Instagram is popular among younger readers, so authors who write in visual genres such as children’s picture books can benefit from having an Instagram presence.
